Terrible Product and customer service was once wonderful and not awful Received damaged and poor quality products They are now made in a different country then they used to be so this may attribute to the quality The customer service replied to me to ask about the issues and asked for pictures but have ignored me since I rarely complain about purchases but this is a company I will never purchase from again and this is disappointing since I have bought from them for many years and always recommended them to so many people

Ordered scrubs for my new traveling assignment and paid FedEx second day shipping 24 99 I contacted them once my order was delivered and passed my departure day I was informed that they would have their team initiate a return back to sender The item was still ship to my house and had to pay 12 to return the items I basically threw away money by ordering with them because they re also keeping the shipping fee

Don t buy return fees

This company is a joke On the return page it states 8 99 for return fee When I went to actually return my items it charged me 10 99 and did not give me an option Regardless of what carrier I returned it through they were all 10 99 Scrubs are expensive enough Definitely will not be purchasing anything from them again

The quality is very bad thin synthetic fabric I waited a long time for shipping The website initially stated delivery would take 5-8 days but when it still hadn t been shipped by day 5 I contacted them asking to cancel the order and issue a refund Instead they shipped it that same evening even though I had told them I didn t need it and would buy a suit locally Now I also have to pay for the return shipping even though I specifically asked them not to send it If the quality were at least good it wouldn t be as frustrating but it s terrible and the size S fits like an L
