The customer service is what it s all about for me The products are great yes But when my daughter was missing a towel from her original order they hopped right on it and she had it the very next day UniKitOut even sent me a picture assuring me that it was there They are professional kind and polite

Arrived on a weekend and wasn t expecting the bedding to arrive until Monday However everything had already been delivered to my room when I got there so I didn t have to go a few nights with no bedding Very appreciative

There was a small hiccup with my parcel as it got stuck within the DPD network However UniKitOut has been amazing helping me to find alternative bedding for the night and the next morning my kit arrived safe and sound Amazing customer service and highly recommended

I buy things in Amazon and this is the first time that I buy with UniKitOut it was a great surprise First arriving from a 14 hour flight it s exhausting and finding that your things are already at your room is really great second it was delivered everything I ordered third the quality of the products was better than the expected - except for the pillows because I thought they would be more comfortable but they do all right - The only thing that I would recommend is to notify the user when his her items are already delivered Keep it up

Complete Kit

I ordered a Complete Kit from UniKit and my Kit arrived in 24 hours which I love Unfortunately some items were missing from my Kit and one of the saucepans wasn t nonstick like I was told I complained and showed them an image of the saucepan and they apologized and refunded the money for the missing items and the saucepan They are a good company they keep their word Their customer service is also top-notch
