Union Bank has the worst banking communication services ever
Unionbank has the worst customer service For context I requested for the Statement of Account to settle my loan balance but after 2 months of requesting they still haven t provided the SOA Their collecting agency informed me that the interest of my loan is accumulating daily I think the Unionbank is purposely delaying the release of my SOA so the interest will keep on increasing daily All of their agents are incompetent you can read a lot of complains for their service on different socmed

Union Bank is one of the banks with worst and unbearable attitude in communication and customer service The Bank wastes the callers time in waiting and waiting and waiting and hearing its never-ending in-house promos starting with the never-ending your current estimated time is more than 15 mins until caller s call is dropped This bank s communication services in my opinion is deceiving No one actually attends to the customer on line And the branches phone numbers are not answered They are arrogant and treat their callers like their peasants The phones just keep on ringing remain unanswered until it s dropped or the caller drops it after the very long wait I get the impression that they really want the customers to go to the bank to inform them of the concerns in person They act like gods The worst banking communication I ve experienced ever This bank needs a good brand manager

Their Customer Support is worse than BD I don t have anything else to say because its the worst experience ever if you got a problem with this bank you ll need your patience to be godly AF the only with this bank is their online banking but if you got a problem please don t k l yourself in the process XD

Do you want 1 hour of queuing time Oh I will throw you something better how about an entitled customer service that treats you like a freaking peasant Don t even bother banking with UBP I think they should change it to Union Bulok Bank of the Philippines Customer service is literally worst of the worst I swear having to deal with them is really stressing Whoever is in the higher management of UBP please GTFO Seriously just quit You do not even know what you are doing and how to deal with your clients properly They offer new credit cards to newcoming clients but cannot deal properly with their existing ones What a freaking joke -69 100 review

This shitty bank has no customer service they always provide you with the same old shitty spiel I have transferred funds via insta pay to gcash and I received a text regarding the transfer but there s no receipt on the union bank online banking transaction I also haven t received the money on my gcash account and when I did another transfer with a smaller amount it did go through on my gcash account YOU GUYS SHOULD NOTIFY YOUR CLIENTS IF THERE S AN ISSUE SPECIALLY IF ITS REGARDING A TRANSFER FUND when we would seek help from someone on your team there s no live person speaking to you they would just sent the same old shitty spiel from an AI rep
