We all had a fantastic week away made extra special by such a beautiful house The outside facilities garden gym Annex views bedrooms all 10 out of 10 I would have liked a bigger fridge but then I am a chef Would highly recommend

The Flower Press

Our stay at the Flower Press was everything we had envisioned about a cottage in the Cotswolds The interior was well appointed and fashionable The exterior was extremely romantic with its climbing ivy and wildflower gardens There were multiple outdoor seating areas to enjoy coffee or tea or wine and some Al fresco dining Spacious enough inside for our family of four to share time together and have sufficient privacy Bibury was a great home base as well and we enjoyed exploring the town and surrounding areas as well as other Cotswold villages that were just 30 minutes drive away The advice we received from Thomas of Unique Homestays was excellent and very personalized We will definitely book again

Clementine House

We booked this house to celebrate both our significant birthdays as we are not party people It was very central and easy for our guests to arrive from London and family from up North while still being in the middle of nowhere It is close to Stanstead airport however any planes were far enough away they didn t intrude on the enjoyment of the property We had 11 people for a sunny weekend and enjoyed the fabulous pool tennis courts and a very huge love island type lounging settee We booked a yoga session which was taken on the grass outside the stunning house through the link on Unique Homestays and it was pitched just right for all our guests There were also numerous lovely photo backdrops in the beautiful maintained gardens We paid extra for changes of sheets for the 13 family members who arrived for the remainder of the week through Elin which worked well Any questions we had were always promptly answers by Elin or the team The house was stunning and smelt devine The dinning room was just right for seating lots of people and there was lots of practical cooking equipment like plates pots etc We had the arga turned on as it was only in the early 20 degrees and we were so glad we did Easy to cook with with very clear instructions from the hosts Not sure the one other cooker would of been enough for the numbers we were catering for The weather was a bit changeable in the week typical uk summer so the two lounges were great to give younger members their own space The huge painting in the formal lounge was a great talking point We had issues with the hot water while we were there and Hailey the housekeeper was immediately available by phone to sort out an engineer even on a Sunday which was reassuring It is a heritage house so you do need to make allowances like there are only two showers the rest are baths with shower attachments and if everyone is showering the hot water in one of the boilers does go quickly Communication is essential We had a lovely week and I would recommend Clementine House We would also use Unique Homestays again

Perfect holiday house

The property we stayed in matched the photographs and the location description The welcome had extra elements which enhanced our first impressions The welcome food basket fridge items were practical and appreciated We felt relaxed in the house it was homely It was within easy car journeys to the coast and Salisbury Local walks were most enjoyable
