Worst Company EVER I order a sport tee shirt for my boyfriend s birthday 1 week after the estimated delivery time I asked Customer Service where the hell is this package as the birthday was in 2 days They told me to go to the postoffice and ask myself I have a full time job the post office is only open when I work what do you expect Did I pay for home delivery for no reason The package never arrived and I had to send several more emails to be refunded What a joke company AVOID Don t waste your time and money

Order placed on Black Friday thought that would be plenty of time for delivery before Christmas but no I am still waiting as at 5th January emails are left without response Customer service does not exist I will never use this company again

I ordered football shoes from Unisport The product arrived already broken and unusable Their only solution was for me to ship them back which takes a lot of time and I needed this product right now Moreover it wasn t available no more on their website so impossible to replace Very disappointed and they did nothing to fix their mistake Don t buy here

Never again will I order from this place I ordered some running socks as a Christmas present in early December Due to an issue with Colis Priv e or DHL the package was never delivered to the pickup point I received a few updates that it was delayed but on its way Suddenly in late December I received a message that DHL had returned it to Unisport I contacted Unisport to inform them that I did not wish to be reimbursed I wanted them to send my package The reply I received stated that they would reimburse me for my order but not for the freight as the package was returned to them It was clear from the tracking that it had never been delivered to the pickup point I understand they can have problems with delivery but in the end I paid 7 EUR for nothing and had to find another Christmas gift Shocking customer service really

I bought a customized Nike boot an EU
I bought a customized Nike boot an EU 45 but for some reason it didn t fit and unfortunately I can t return Don t think I m stupid I have a set of very bad unpredictable feet but an EU 45 always fits me perfectly don t know what happened What I would normally do is just add a 5 so I ll need a 45 5 I don t blame Unisport for this though they re service was impeccable I take the full blame
