Absolutely 5 stars This was the easiest fastest and most efficient move I ve ever experienced and I ve moved many times The communication with United American Moving and Storage is unlike any other moving company Their customer service team is incredibly clear from the start about what the job involves and gives you a fixed price so you know what to expect The movers came with great positive energy and made sure every single item was safe and well-packed They even boxed and wrapped extra stuff without me asking It was seriously so easy and stress-free I can t recommend United American Moving and Storage enough It was worth every penny and I will definitely use them again in the future

I had a great experience with United American Moving and Storage They were fantastic from the beginning to the end The team was friendly and got the job done quickly taking good care of my stuff They even took apart and put back together my furniture without any problems The movers were really careful and professional which made the whole move easy and stress-free I can t recommend them enough I was also impressed that the estimate they gave me only went up by 300 and that was only because I added an extra three-sectional sofa It didn t cost me more than that which was a pleasant surprise

This is the second time we ve used them and once again the service was first class with them going over and above to ensure the dates we needed were accommodated The thorough planning gave us reassurance that the pod would fit and it was simply the perfect solution to storing our belongings whilst undergoing building work No driving to a storage facility miles away and it helped give us a sense of control during a chaotic time Thank you so much
