My family and I are living in Thailand for almost 5 years with our 2 Frenchies and just recently we decided to move back to Barcelona Spain But it was not an easy move because of our furbabies I am so glad I came a crossed to this pet relocation company called UNITED PET EXPRESS They were soooooo helpful esp Joy She is very kind and helped us a lot with the process I highly recommend this company They do not ask for any downpayment before they give you information about the process of moving unlike the other companies We are very happy now that our furbabies are in Barcelona because this company made it possible

I had the crazy idea to adopt a cat in Thailand on Holiday at the beginning of the COVID pandemic and it has been a whirlwind journey to get the pet sorted for travel and then finally make the journey United Pet Express has been brilliant in finding solutions in this crazy time and they united me with my pet when it seemed an almost impossible challenge My contact person Joy was great at keeping communication open with excellent command of English and her care and understanding were really heartwarming It is not a cheap service but I am so happy that I chose them and would do so again

I was dealing with Joy she was a great help very efficient and fast at getting me answers The team collected the animals from the villa which was great for me got pictures of my cats every step of the way Our animals missed the connecting flight airlines fault but joy assisted us though everything Cats arrived safe and happy I highly recommend this company Once again thank you Joy and your team you guys were excellent

Joy and her team were excellent in sorting out everything to get our to cats from Bangkok to Bilbao Spain They obviously looked after them very well as they arrived happy and unstressed I d highly recommend them and we will definitely use them again if we go back to Thailand

100 Honest and trustworthy Our dog does not like to be alone and is a very picky eater Joy and her team went above and beyond to make sure he was okay We regularly received updates pics as well as videos and they cooked him chicken and carrots when he did not want to eat anything else When he was delivered to us after we d completed our quarantine we could tell that he was really well looked after Super grateful to Joy and her team and highly recommended their services
