I have stayed in student accommodation in many countries Birmingham and Aston student village have been the solution to all my problems The opportunities they offer and solution-oriented student communication are very successful Especially the team leader Mehrdad is a student-friendly person and takes time for your every problem 100 student satisfaction is provided Mehrdad and his team will be the biggest reason for me to choose Unite students next year Thank you Mehrdad and his team thank you Aston Student Village

My daughter got a course offer she hadn t expected in a different city so needed to cancel her Unite accommodation she d already booked They released her from her contract and refunded the booking fee - really grateful for this

Safe neat and convenient particularly for QMUL students

The room is spacious And kitchen is big enough with a sofa There s also snooker table which is fun The reception guys are friendly Specifically Ali there is a friendly person and always helpful in all situations Any problem I face gets quickly resolved thanks to him

The Sindey Webb House is a great accommodation to meet other students and the rooms are very comfortable The staff is also very kind Mihai has always been very helpful and has taken care of any issues I had

My experience in Pacific is just perfect The people working here are always alert and ready to help if there is a problem Ali who works here as a receptionist is very cheerful welcoming and always there to serve students immediately

Mattress quality require improvement

Overall it is going fine My mattress was little cracked from the centre I dont know How this passed initial quality inspection
