They are a bit pricey but the boxes are so fun to receive They include snacks candy and fun information on the stuff in the box as well as the country it came from It s a mystery what country the box will be from which adds to the excitement When you receive it the box is decorated on the outside with images and words from the particular country for that month so you can try to guess before you open I ve never had to call them with a problem so not sure what their customer service is like but nothing ever arrived damaged They work on a monthly subscription that is very easy to cancel and re-open if you want to quit or just skip a few months

They re amazing I asked some silly questions about some stuff they either answered or sent a link it s my daughter s 16 Birthday and I thought it would be here by now I paid expedited shipping they refunded the 1 which I didn t ask for and said to tell her Happy Birthday They really were responsive to me and fast I can t wait to try the food it should be here by tomorrow and I will update then Whitney

Ordered 2 separate gifts for my daughters One was for 6 months and I accidentally hit 12 months for the other Order completed before I caught it Sent an email for help AND best customer service I have ever had Found my order corrected it and refunded my money so quickly next day actually Will continue to deal with such a reputable company Thank you

I made a mistake when I placed my order and I was so pleased with the prompt response and follow up emails confirming that the correction had taken place Great customer service Additionally my grandson received his first box and send me a photo of him with his box with a big smile

Absolutely love this service Signed up and the first box Poland arrived within a week The box was packed full of a variety of chips cookies candy bars and candies Generous proportions great variety and everything was delicious The box comes with a booklet that describes the history of the items plus fun information about various things in the country - a national forest history of science etc plus a perogi recipe My husband loved the box and he rarely shows interest in my subscription boxes We had fun sampling the items and a week later we re still snacking I ve already bumped my subscription to a larger box and see why it was number one on a website that reviews and provides a list of subscription services What a great way to try treats from different countries

I wrote a review on this product 9 months ago Since then I receive clear understanding of mix up that occurred during the 1st 2 months I have also received monthly thank you messages from nephew as he describes his treats and goodies I can only say that as a gift it has been well worth the value I will be renewing my subscription with universal yums Rob

Well worth it

Three years ago my pre-teen received a subscription for Christmas from a family member She loved trying snacks from different countries and we especially liked the fact that each snack was described in English on an beautifully done pamphlet that accompanies the snack box I was surprised to find that some other companies do not include any English description of what we were going to be eating That can be an issue for those with food sensitivities Overall we are very satisfied with this service Every snack has been fresh and well packaged Highly recommended

I Love Universal Yums I have been recieving the monthly treats for almost two years I love the product so much I have given several gift subscriptions Recently I recieved treats from the same country back to back When I notified the company they checked their records which indicated the proper box should have been sent The company offered to send the box again and I was enjoying my Yums within the week Thank you for the excellent service

I love Yum The few problems I have had I sent a message and it has been cleared up immediately then there has always been a follow up as well I purchased two subscriptions so that my family located in Colorado can continue to enjoy the monthly treats Now if I can only figure out how to film is AND them at the same time as we enjoy the box
