Unleashed onboarding completed small company now live

We have just finished our Onboarding with our onboarding consultant Charlotte Perry-Evans She took every oportunity to understand our business along with making herself avaiable via email for any advice we may need inbetween the sessions She has been a pleasure to work with and an asset to your team We are excited to see our business change and develop with the additional support from using the Unleashed Software helping us keep track of everthing all in one place

My onboarding with Charlotte went super smoothly She was incredibly helpful and always available to answer all my questions until I was satisfied that the service was up and running properly The chat support team is also extremely quick to answer any query you may have The system has improved the productivity and overview that our business has on many things a real game changer

Since getting the Unleashed Premier Support Plan I ve been really impressed with the level of service received I often get support from Robert Britton and the rest of the team and everyone is super speedy at responding to issues which their in-app help bot can t resolve although that itself is really impressive as a tool to search through the help articles on the Unleashed site more efficiently Multiple members of the team have been super happy to deep-dive with me into thorny complex issues about exactly how best our business should be using the system which is really helpful for a fast-growing business like ours
