UP allowed fraudulent activity on my
A Nightmare Run from this If I could give this experience zero stars I would I got this card to travel and use in the U S as it was supposedly cheaper on extra international bank fees Used it for a couple of purchases within a week and then got denied via an immediate transaction message when I ordered my takeaway meal Asked them why online and got no answers and they shut down my entire funds in my account when I asked I was then asked to send a pic of me holding my drivers licence clearly then told it was too dark and was then resent My account was put back with still no explanation as to why they declined my purchase I ordered food again days later and declined again and received text from them that my account was now closed I was left being told they would investigate in approx 3 wks I had to call the Ombudsman s office in Australia for help as i had no food money and they kept texting me saying they were not doing anything and I had to wait 3 wks or whenever they got to it Their communication was so bad if you need help you will be gobsmacked at what they do if my experience is anything to go by I would never again put anything other than a small amount on this as they shut down my account funds without any explanation as to why they denied my purchases Still waiting

everything went wrong with up bank
UP allowed fraudulent activity on my account I provided them with proof that my card was stolen and have multiple fraudulent transactions yet they didn t do a thing I have made a report to the financial authorities who have assured me they will have it resolved and they also said unfortunately UP is well known for not looking after their customers and they have multiple investigations happening

Terrible bank with terrible service
everything went wrong with up bank they want to know everything about what you re doing with your money feels very much like Gorge orwells book 1984 yeah if you can t tell them and say none of your business they freeze your account not kidding isn t that against the law mmmmm do not bank with up bank go Macquarie or something like that Cheers

Worst experience ever
My partner bought a bag of 2950 on 14 Aug 2024 He had to cancel order before dispatch as I did not like it Today it has been more than a month 16 Sep 2024 my partner still hasn t received Every Monday my partner calls for the fund on his account They just says we have reived the refund wait for 7 business days wait for over night wait for 2 3 days wait I will deposit now and now said that the funds will reflect in account but we don t know when My partner and I are sick of following up on same thing This too much of hustle for our own money to receive

This bank is horrible they refuse to open disputes because they do simply do not agree with it and constantly block card purchases for any reason and the bank is getting worse and worse customer service and issues completely done with this bank now

Richard Fennell is a clown for increasing Home Loan rates on a bank primarily marketed at young people who are already inheriting a shot housing market beginning their careers in an economy with record inflation and poor wage growth The cash rate has remained unchanged for a year and he is the first Australian bank CEO to increase interest rates to existing customers since No doubt that this clown will choose not to pass on any future RBA rate cuts in full

Greed with no ethics
Disgustingly increasing interest rates outside of the RBA decisions despite such so much struggle in recent years It seems that at a time when Australians have been squeezed to death by banks that Up are taking a quick opportunity to squeeze a bit more from its customers which is quite frankly disgusting It shows that the bank views its customers as merely cash cows with no regard for their welfare It is very disappointing and I will be looking to move my interests elsewhere

I am absolutely disgusted with the banks cop out on scams
I am absolutely disgusted with the treatment I have recieved from UP banking I was scammed and had my account cleaned out and they basically said it was my fault and would not be retrieving my money How dare you blame me for not doing you job bloody disgusting don t use this bank if you want protection from scammers they don t care or protect thier bankers
