The very worst customer service i ve ever experienced
The very worst customer service i ve ever experienced We got a debt collection requirement on 170 in a very stressful period We KNEW we had paid everything we were supposed to but since it was a dept collection requirement we decided to just pay it and then find out and fix it later That showed to be the worst decision ever done because Ziggo does NOTHING to help out First I called them every day for a week to find out what the bill was for They did not know and said it had to be a mistake done by the debt collection requirement company The debt collection company was 100 sure it was requested by Ziggo and could even prove it Ziggo still said that they never asked them to send us that since it was nothing wrong with our payments After many more days where I tried to communicate through both phone and facebook we found out where the mistake was When we ordered the internet box from them in August 2019 the box never showed up We called to ask where it was and it turned out they registered the internet and sent the internet the wrong address The lady in the phone said she would cancel the subscription and send a new one to the right address The internet subscription was never cancelled and they obviously never received payment for it It was therefore sent to a debt collection requirement company and we paid You would have thought that this was the end of the story as they now found the reason and can just pay us back but it s not After this they stopped answering They constantly write someone will contact you soon but that never happens I have never been this frustrated on a company before 1700 Euros is a lot of money for a student

The worst customer service Service did not work from day 1 and it was impossible to get a hold of anyone After many attempts I got someone on the phone but had to wait another 10 days for a technician to come fix the line

Aggresive sales on personal number
As a freelancer they obtain my personal information without any permission from me I have been called 18 times this year by Ziggo trying to sell me thinks I don t want and don t need If I ask if they can finally stop calling me and bothering me in my personal life they simply don t listen Im registered in all bel me niet lists or numbers of the company itsself

Ziggo has been an absolute horror show to deal with for the last year of our contract It all started when I moved to NL in July of 2023 and I was looking for internet providers who could provide fast enough internet speed for my requirements which locked me into Ziggo In that year we have had countless issues with internet dropping bad internet routing and poor customer service on questions asked My most recent example is when I showed PROOF that my routing was weird and after 1-2 months of waiting was told that there s nothing that will be done about it even when I have independently confirmed this problem several times Stay away from Ziggo Go for literally anyone else even if the speed they can offer is lower Worst mistake of my life

Terrible costumer service Waiter 1 hour just for the guy on the phone to close the call while I was explaining my issue
