Mark is currently decorating the interior of my house He is an extremely professional tradesperson He provides a very thorough quote so you know exactly what you are paying for He is meticulous in his approach to his work The standard of work completed thus far has been excellent Very clear communication to client - keeps you informed at every stage I would have no hesitation in 100 recommending him for any work you need doing

Pricing structure very odd

Wanted a simple quote What I got was a diagram with ABC and a pricing structure no figures I didn t understand it so asked for clarification Because it s worked out on an hourly rate it isn t known how long the job will take until the slabs are removed While I understand this all quotes from other companies are for The Job as it appears and a further one in case once the slabs are up there are unforeseen problems This way you know where you stand

Mark works to a high standard and he is very thorough in every thing he does This was his first job for us and we couldn t be happier with the outcome and the way he worked He is a meticulous tradesman and very easy to get along with When he had finished painting our front porch he cleared up all his things and left the place clean and tidy I would 100 recommendhim to anyone He can turn his hand to anything and hopefully his next job for us is to lay a small patio in the garden
