The software is excellent and saves us so much time when migrating and backing up our client websites Any questions are responded to very quickly - I think they are a very good company overall

Premium Support for Migration

The premium support helped me figure out what I needed to do to execute a complicated migration of a very complicated web site and database I ended up having to set up a server with an older version of PHP which was a nightmare but after I did that like they told me to the site restored beautifully It was an absolutely flawless restore and I didn t expect it would be but all the vital elements came through When I did a string search there was absolutely no trace of the old domain Everything rewrote to the new one and I mean EVERYTHING That blew me away The automated backups I have are set to write to my Google Drive and that service has saved me numerous times I love being able to name the backups and I also love being able to set up separate backup service on my staging site This software will save you a lot of time and trouble
