Very Unprofessional Company

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Upholstery Village After reaching out to them for an upholstery project I was hopeful based on their initial reputation Unfortunately that optimism quickly faded I emailed them multiple times for updates and they never bothered to respond It s incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark especially after they promised clear communication Their lack of professionalism and customer service is beyond unacceptable I wasted valuable time waiting for a reply that never came and in the end I had to go elsewhere If you re looking for a reliable upholstery company I strongly advise looking somewhere else Don t waste your time like I did

Within 24 hrs of talking to the delightful Abbas of Village Upholstery in fulham our sofa was collected and the problem fixed and resolved within 7 days The finished result is wonderful with new springs and padding installed Excellent workmanship and a brilliant result a down to Abbas Highly recommended Ken and Tony Boston-Hutt Fulham
