Abusive staff member
I went to this store on Sunday 8 December 2024 My wife picked up a deodoriser can to buy it and she sprayed a bit to smell it A very large dark gentleman approached my wife saying in poor Italian that she cant do that I approached this gentleman and I asked who he was and why he was intimidating my wife whilst our children stood near us I explained to him we are buying this article value 4 99 and not follow us and raise his voice at us I asked who he was he has no identfication whatso ever no staff card At the cassa he contunued to shout at us for testing the article we bought Your staff were not even appologizing to us my wife was terrified The person kept saying for me to identify myself and demanding to know who i was because I asked him serveral times if he worked there Your staff just stood around and did NOTHING When I paid for the deodoriser we went to leave the store he stood in the way of me and my wife I asked him to move out of my way then he proceeded to abuse me and my wife with a Va Fan I reciprocated with a similar farewell Upim is this the way you treat customers I live in Australia but I m Italian and speak Italian well We went to Santa Maria Maggiore to see the Pope and at your store we were threatened by your staff if indeed he works there I ve never been abused in any store in any place in the world If I could give zero stars I would This review is in English so tourists are warned The main issue here was Your staff did nothing to stop this gentleman from abusing my wife who couldn t understand a word he was saying as she doesn t speak Italian and your staff member s Italian was very poor Basically your store sucks Never again will we attend it Truely a shocking experience abusing a woman and then myself

The people who work in the housewares department are absolutely lovely and super helpful The new renovation also has created a very relaxing atmosphere I ve purchased a lot from this particular store and keep returning due to the excellent customer service However the clothing department is a complete disaster If you need to do anything other than pay for your items the workers often complain or have no idea what to do They are also often understaffed You can order online and ship to the store and every time I go to collect my items they make the situation overly complicated Just ship your purchases to your home because it s not worth the frustration In addition the young security guard working in the clothing department was very unprofessional I am missing my left arm and when he saw it he could not conceal his disgust and made a terrible expression with his face I know it s impossible for Italians to conceal their emotions but it would be nice if they d put in a bit more effort in professional situations So thumbs up to housewares and avoid the clothing department at this location

Very good quality unbeatable prices for men clothes I love the trousers extreamly high quality natural materials stiches and the design are unique but classic here I bought the best face masks 100 cotton with the most elegant patterns ever sadly they sold out too fast I would have bought some more for gifts Once I bought a lougewear set it was probably mixed for mistake the bottoms were L and the top S and they change it in few minutes giving me the L top that was lost Customer service very efficient
