UPS is the worst delivery company out there We live in Canada it was -20 degrees celsius The company delivered a box of 48 roses at the end of my driveway instead of at the house We were not aware of the drop off so they all froze and they were garbage I phoned their office and asked for a manager they promised to call me back They did not call of course I will never use UPS again

what went wrong this time well lets see the driver cant read an address 3xs he has delivered to the wrong apartment address when it clearly states apt B how hard is it to read im so sick of these wanna be drivers and their constant mistakes Our regular driver doesnt do this and we want him back not these rent a drivers

13 days of latency for a passport
One star is well deserved for this brand it took them 13 days latency to give my passport from Ireland and there was no refund on it They said severe weather conditions for a two day snow in Vancouver was the reason for this long latency Only use it if there is no other option They are both lier and untrustworthy

NEVER COMPLETE A DELIVERY
I have never had a UPS package delivered to my address I know the delivery date I wait and they always put a sticker on the door saying they tried to delivery but they don t knock or ring the bell Just drop the sticker notification on the door and take the package to the local UPS store

I will never recognize and refer UPS to anyone in my entire life I paid all my associated fees for my package which is 4 0LB to be delivered to West Africa For more than two weeks the package was still out for clearance very soon and delivery date will soon be provided until I called them They charged my recipient a handling fee which was very awkward If I didn t call them they wouldn t have given the package to my recipient Very unreliable and untrusted company

How is UPS still a business
On many occasions tracking says my package will arrive on a specific day at a specific time and it never has I move my entire schedule around refuse to leave my house to be able to retrieve my packages and ups just lies and says it will be delivered the next business day How about you start providing accurate and reliable tracking information so people don t have to adjust there entire work and life schedules

If I could give zero starts I sure as hell damn would They keep trying to scam me out of receiving my package because I haven t paid but it s been confirmed with the manager that I would pay on call with her afterwards And yet they don t even bother to write it down they just keep trying to get me to pay Absolutely money hungry and unprofessional is what they are Maybe next time don t lie to your customers and tell them they ll get their package and not to worry only to not even bother to write anything down so I d be forced to be an amount that s not correct

One star is too much
One star is too much for the worse shipping carrier in North America Not only that they don t respect their own deadlines and delivery schedule but they also lie about it when changes are made I work from home and my desk is at the window facing the driveway so I know for a fact that no UPS truck ever stopped there Yet they update the no-show with The receiver was not available for delivery We ll make a second attempt the next business day
