UPS the worst courier
Whenever I receive a message from UPS that they ll handle my parcel I threat UPS is by far and long the worst From not showing up for their own set times to unable to locate the address When you want to lodge a complaint you re told you have to monitor the parcel rather than them contacting you It has come now to a point that when I notice a supplier uses UPS I ask them to change If they can t I ll cancel the order

UPS service sucks
UPS courier service has provided the most pathetic and unprofessional service I have ever experienced From start to finish the entire process was a nightmare and I strongly urge everyone to avoid using UPS to send parcels particularly to Pakistan The UK team is utterly unhelpful and lacks any sense of accountability while the Pakistani team is nothing short of extortionate They repeatedly demanded bribes to process my parcel making the experience even more stressful Edcel Shakeel Yashwa Umair and Saliha displayed zero professionalism and were completely unresponsive to my concerns Instead of resolving the issue they made it worse leaving me frustrated and helpless My parcel Tracking ID 1Z7E524X0498998573 faced constant delays lack of updates and mismanagement at every stage The level of customer service was abysmal there was no communication no resolution and absolutely no care for the customer I cannot emphasize enough how terrible this service is If you value your time money and peace of mind stay far away from UPS There are far better and more reliable alternatives out there This was an infuriating experience and I wouldn t wish it upon anyone Avoid them at all costs Also worth mentioning my product is not yet delivered and is lost

No delivery and no solution
I ve purchased an item from Vestiaire on 02 01 25 that was supposed to be delivered up to 11 01 25 the item was scheduled to be delivered on 10 01 then rescheduled to 13 01 and failed both times since then UPS and Vestiaire are been pushing to each other and no one solve the issue or agree with my request refunding me for this purchase as per request Support through chat or email only ask me patience and mentioning that I ll have to wait up to 30 days in order for them to take a resolution like refunding me They say they have to wait the carrier inform them what happened with this It s extremely poor the quality support of either Vetiaire and UPS and no one come with a solution and today passed 9 days from the max delivery date informed initially

Prepare to waste an entire day looking for a drop off The site is a nightmare totally dysfunctional both when creating and paying for a label and when trying to find a relay I highly recommend you avoid this joke of a company

no delivery No customer service
I have waited two days for a delivery It was supposed to be delivered to my home Now they said it will be delivered to a pick up point I don t have it Terrible communication with the client Terrible delivery service I still don t have my package Amazon deliveries are brilliant compared to UPS UPS is the worst company ever never use UPS if you have a choice never

Give a non existent delivery date
Good we re supposed to be delivered on the 6th January Unfortunately the package never turned up UPS knew the delivery was not going to happen but they could even let me know As the item had to be signed for I had to stay at home all day for nothing Now they are not even giving me a date for delivery Such a poor and negative delivery company I don t understand why companies use these very poor delivery company that mess up the delivery

really poor company delivery not updating but cannot speak to anyone Parcel coming from Eire but no update past Finglas Tried the chat system useless garbage says nothing you are not already looking at and keeps going round and round then tried there customer help number another useless automation that when asked for an agent hung up 3 times

UPS are thieves They didn t send my package--returning to me saying it didn t have the adequate paperwork Despite paying almost 100 euros for this tiny package to be sent from France to Austrlia and be promised countless times a refund 4 months later I have received nothing This is literally stealing Completely scandalous
