Absolutely awful service
Absolutely awful service Continually told that the package was missing information After 6 days of calling and emailing they eventually confirmed the package wasn t missing any information at all and stated the package would be released Next day package pulled aside for missing information They will lie to you and they will enjoy it

UPS can t be trusted to deliver a package
I bought a gift from Crete and had it shipped to Italy for my brother However I happened to check the tracking system and found that there was some error message about the delivery address I tried to fix the address on the website even opening a useless account when it prompted me to but the website did not allow me to make any changes I searched the website for some way to contact UPS and found an email address I sent them a simpler address my brother gave me in case that was the problem They eventually replied saying thank you for the address and they updated it Six days later I happened to check the tracking system again and it still had the error message I tried emailing them again to ask what the problem was and it took them 8 days to respond to say that the package was being sent back to the sender UPS never contacted me or my brother to tell us where we could pick the package up or that there was a problem with the delivery They did not take responsibility for this and I will have to pay to send it again

Absolute rubbish
Tracking showed driver 1 minute from my house at 5pm with a notification saying with you soon Then it drove on by This was on a Friday tracking now says it will be delivered on Monday Really rubbish service

Utter Pile of Sh te
My parcel has been sitting at Northampton depot since 6 12 24 Tracking service has repeatedly has given me a delivery date only to tell me the date will be rearranged I was given no reason for this originally I was then told that my address is not in their directory and back to no reason again Several phone calls later and unfulfilled promises of a call back from the duty managers I still don t have a parcel and no reason as to why I don t have my parcel No one at UPS is able to help me This is four Christmas presents A totally diabolical service and I am totally frustrated I have nowhere to go but to escalate to a formal complaint

When buying online ask for any other delivery service than UPS
Parcel to be shipped to Italy from Denmark has been sitting between UPS facilities in Denmark and Germany for 6 days Once arrived in Italy in Bologna it took 27 hours to be moved to Milan 200 Km away probably delivered to UPS Milan on foot Originally scheduled for a delivery on the 18th of December then moved to 19th then to 20th then to 21st Being a Saturday no concierge on weekend at my building they claim they didn t have a buzzer indication which is on my profile on UPS My Choice and they have my phone number Called them on Monday 23rd and they said it was out for delivery You guess No show On the 24th they told me the 27th is the date I won t be in Milan on the 27th and the parcel is a Xmas gift Horrible service and and lazy customer service To be continued

Don t deserve any stars
UselessParcel Service How this abysmal excuse for a courier service is still in business is completely beyond me Incredibly slow unable to deliver to a clearly signed business with non existent customer service I worked for a company that shipped goods worldwide we avoided using this shambles of an operation with very good reason It s a disgrace that they re still allowed to operate

Appear to be closed for any new business
Simply impossible to transact any new business web site only allows tracking so how can you book a collection or delivery Setting up an account is simply so difficult you give up half way through the process Congratulations if you can find a password that meets their criteria

Shocking service - should get zero stars
This company shouldn t get any stars Negative scores would be more appropriate We used UPS via an intermediary company who were also dreadful to send a parcel of Christmas presents to the US on 16th December with an arrival date of 18th December It was not delivered but we were not notified When we chased on 20th Dec we were eventually told there was an issue with one of the presents but it was being sorted and the parcel would be on a plane that night It wasn t Despite many calls to them no-one ever bothered to phone us back We got conflicting excuses for what the issue was and assurances it was rectified Towards the end of December we d had enough and asked for the parcel to be returned to us We were assured it would be but unsurprisingly it wasn t We received it today -7th Jan - with gifts torn open and the box not sealed In short UPS customer service is dreadful They don t reply to calls won t escalate the matter and have absolutely no concern or consideration for their customers We will never use them again and I d recommend that no-one does

I received an email from UPS that a
I received an email from UPS that a delivery was coming today between 11 and 15 This was medical supplies from Medtronic in the Netherlands Having arranged to stay in I received another email today at 11 15 saying the delivery was now tomorrow between 11 and 15 I contacted UPS via online chat to ask why I was told the delivery was going to be today and then changed to tomorrow They put the blame onto Medtronic I queried why they not Medtronic told me it was going to be today at which the operator stopped the online chat Terrible service I will certainly be feeding this back to Medtronic and request they change their courier
