Crap service
The driver didn t knock didn t leave parcel emailed still no reply had to phone premium number the person I spoke to couldn t understand me or I him I have no strong accent repeated myself at least 4 times each question in the end I ended call absolutely useless

UPS in Portugal are incompetent and
UPS in Portugal are incompetent and shouldn t be used As soon as the package gets to Portugal it gets stuck They make excuses like the address is wrong when it isn t and the customer service line just hangs up I went to the office in Prior Velho this morning and the man said it was out for delivery but nothing in the tracking and nothing has been delivered They are fraudulently selling a tracking service that does not exist

The worst courier service in Portugal
The worst courier service in Portugal They always drop my parcels at the UPS shop when I m always at home waiting - I complained many times and occasionally after a complaint my next parcel would be delivered to my home but the following one would still go to the UPS shop At first I thought the driver was lazy but after making several complaints and seeing the same driver at the same drop off shop I guess it s the company s policy They charge customers door to door delivery prices but actually delivers to the parcel shop to save costs I am making complaints to the merchants I buy from and make sure they don t use UPS again

UPS - Incompetence and unwillingness to work
This is the third time that my parcels haven t been delivered to my home and they justify it by saying that there s no one there to receive them - which is a lie given that there s always someone at home these days They don t call or let you know where they re going to drop them off and I only have this information via the tracking number This last time they went overboard because the pick-up point where they left it is still far from my house If I could get around that easily I would have gone straight to the shopping centre and not opted for online shopping

If I could give zero i would I ve been waiting for over a month for my Calvin Klein delivery I have called given them instructions for my home and what do they do They deliver to a pick up point 45 mins from my home I ve been calling waiting and getting nowhere absolutely disgraceful and the worst courier experience I ve ever had Daniel Ferguson

Easily the worst courier service in the UK Not only do they fail to deliver on the specified day they lie claiming delivery attempts were made Are they not aware of doorbell cameras Fifth delivery in 6 months now rescheduled by these amateurs once again my plans for the forthcoming week are on hold because they insist on a signature

What an incredibly terrible experience The worst shipping company I ve ever worked with Total incompetence From the warehouse to the carriers to the customer support Incompetence and dishonesty are the only words I have to describe this company I don t give it 0 stars because it s not possible After weeks and weeks of false delivery attempts waiting on the customer service line for more than 1hour after several calls complaining they were always unnable to give a single solution or deliver what was to be delivered they never contact the attendant don t update us on the orders nothing Simply horrible

They didn t deliver anything and lied about it
I was at home the whole time and they said they had attempted to deliver when that was not the case not even a letter or anything to prove that they were there Their management should have more control over their delivery guys to evaluate if they are at the address or not and not lie about it maybe tracking GPS over their vehicles
