You should avoid at all cost to get delivered by UPS They won t ring won t call And when you call back customer service they say our drivers aren t allowed to call you Looks like they are the ONLY delivery company in the whole world that has this kind of policy Happened to me a few times always the same excuse You stay at home to receive a package and they don t even try to deliver

Delivery agent not capable to deliver UPS hides behind IT systems where they report false status to hide lost packages Home delivery doesn t exist drivers do not bother to arrive and don t have phones After changing to delivery to collection point I am getting messages to be delivered tomorrow what continues to eternity but delivery is never made If they don t have a package or something else happened to it and they just delay the time to prevent customers from making a reclamation No transparency no trust
