Bad customer care
I think the management is not observing anything and they gave full authority to the person sameer and everything is handled by him 6 months back i called him and again i called him 15 days back But i asked him more questions due to my confusions and i asked demo with the trainer and i want to ask questions related to syllabus and abt industry and if its not possible sameer must aay politely and he is saying 6 months back u called and again now u r asking so many questions and wasting our time Go and join in any ameerpet institute Very rude and insulting manner I spoke to so many institutes and i had never seen such worst customer care Management is not observing anything I can show the whatsapp conversation also to management Very horrible person and i didnt understand why he misbehaved in such a manner Social media is handled by him and he may write some stupid reply to cover up But his way of speaking is very bad I gave him respect but due to his behaviour i am writing like this Upshaala is a good institute but this person is bridging bad name to them He has no patience and screw lose
