Getting the right pair

I guess the full length orthotics are more common But having worn both types in the past I prefer the 3 4 length ones Mary at customer service made sure my order was noted to get the 3 4 pair I prefer Thanks

Upsteps Shaped Specifically for Altra Running Shoes with a Wider Toebox

I ordered upsteps specifically for my Altra running shoes because they have a non-standard shape wider toe box and off the shelf inserts do not work When I received my order they were not the correct shape to fit my Altras I contacted customer support and sent additional pictures to show the difference between what was made and what I needed Come to find out they inadvertently made my initial set with a standard shoe shape instead of the non-standard shape of the Altras The tech that shapes the orthotics reached out and said he knew exactly what adjustments needed to be made based on the pictures I sent A new set of orthotics were made and promptly shipped When I received them I verified they were shaped correctly and verified they fit perfectly in my Altra running shoes I am very pleased with the customer service I received and glad I can finally run in my Altras
