Uptics is the Infinity Gauntlet of sales tools Prior to joining I tried literally everything All the major cold email platforms CRMs Uptics does it all while introducing a pricing model that at first I was suspicious of but ended up loving Other platforms charge as much as 59 per email account per month and don t even have a CRM Somehow the platform manages to be a fully-fledged cold email tool and fully-fledged CRM at the same time The owner built the platform after owning his own sales agency and it definitely feels like it scratches every itch when it comes to wishing there was a platform that just did what you need it to do all in one Cold Email - Spintax to customize each outbound email- Custom fields - Unlimited email accounts just announced coming soon - Round robin sending with sending delays improves deliverability - All emails connect to your CRM- Custom tracking domain open click metrics- EMAIL WARMING announced recently beyond excited CRM - Very powerful smart list feature I ll go into this more later - Nimble automation to reduce the amount of time spent sorting through things- Unified sales inbox- Calling at Twilio pricing - NO MARKUP- SMS at Twilio pricing - NO MARKUP- Voicemail SUPPORT - Live chat is available at every tier customer and is very responsive - Support seems to take a genuine interest in your success- Never actually had to use email support because live chat always replies- Very welcoming of feedback- I like that live chat keeps the chat open until the issue is resolved they never close it and say email them- Masterclasses available to learn cold emailing - Very helpful youtube channel I have spent a lot of time learning from the content available there DEVELOPMENT- I am seeing a healthy balance between quality of life features AND shiny new feature- They seem to be very responsive to the roadmap we users can vote on- Have only encountered one or two minor issues all were resolved within 24 hours- They dream big I never saw email warming coming but they go for the goldPRICINGOriginally I was worried about usage pricing I even wrote to support telling them I thought it was a bad idea This was 2 days into my trial lol After about 2 weeks of using the platform I became a believer I used about 80 less in Uptics how usage is measured than I thought I would The pricing is skewed to give the end-user more value honestly my biggest fear is a price increase once they become more popular I m sure we all know the feeling of paying for something and then thinking I should be paying more for this - but right now it is very generous I am primarily a single user with 2 other users who work part-time The smart list feature usage-based pricing has been the reason I can even have a team I use the smart list feature sequences to distribute about 10 leads a week to each person They work with non-profits so we re really not after volume there Through the platform they each have their own phone number and email through which they can interact with leads I can see other tools trying to copy Uptics smart list feature eventually NOTE ABOUT NEGATIVE REVIEWS I saw them before joining I m glad I joined Uptics have priced themselves to provide as much value as they can to the user The platform is bootstrapped and from what I read decided to not pursue big bank which would turn it into another generic copy of all the other tools out there I don t say this lightly but I really feel it is the Apple Inc of outbound sales tools in the making While other platforms make excuses why they can t have certain features Uptics executes and makes the feature and makes them well

The Very Best Feature-Rich Cold Outreach Sales Automation Platform

After an exhaustive search over the past 60 days looking at outreach platforms specifically cold outreach platforms I have concluded that Uptics is the best of them in terms of features and capabilities This is after being on 5 sales calls and starting trials on 9 of them Also the lifetime warming deal is an opportunity I couldn t pass up on and I jumped in at 100x I m looking forward to seeing how the platform grows over time Cold outreach is the way of the future and Uptics is doing it right

Excellent all-in-one cold outreach platform

Excellent all-in-one cold outreach software We ve been using Uptics for a year now and it has proved its quality through its simplicity and intuitiveness It s our one-stop for CRM cold outreach email warming and DNS checking email tracking and sales pipeline management The support of Patrick and Dan has also been great Their UI could use a bit of improvement in terms of performance but overall it s a 10 10 tool for us

Uptics io is a decent CRM that streamlines customer communication and support for businesses We mainly use for cold emailing and sales sequencing One of the key features of Uptics io is its unified inbox which aggregates customer inquiries from various channels such as email social media and chat This allows customer service representatives to respond to all queries from a single platform saving time and increasing efficiency The AI-powered chatbot is pretty cool which can handle simple queries provide instant responses and escalate complex issues to human agents It also offers a decent analytics suite providing real-time insights into customer behavior agent performance and overall customer satisfaction Pretty happy over all and they adding functionality and features quite regularly

Best tool for sales with lead nurturing and outbound process strategies

A well-thought-out tool to cold prospect by email in an automated way and also includes specialized training Having a tool in your arsenal that is constantly updated with new technologies and trends is a plus

More than just cold email

There are a lot of cold emailing software out there Uptics sets itself apart by having a built in dialer SMS sending capabilities and a lite CRM Their support is also top notch and they ve helped set things right for me multiple times

Terrible software and support

Terrible software and support I had issues setting up the bulk SMS and contacted support No one got back to me The software is not intuitive and hard to use When I checked their Facebook community hoping to find answers I was surprised to see customers voicing their concerns Others saying that they have been scammed I then check my account and realized that my lifetime account has been downgraded from Scale plan to basic plan All future features which was promised will not be available Do not waste your time with Uptics and do not buy from Saasmantra They happily take your money which purchasing but will not provide u with proper support

Avoid Uptics if you care about ethics

First things first the tool is alright But understand that sequences are not steps If you build a sequence you are charged for for the steps not the sequence so Patrick s promise of unlimited sequences is moot Uptics works best if you wish to send emails to a small group of people like maybe 100-200 strong Each sequence might have 10 steps and beyond that you need to start paying for more credits something Patrick thought up during his free time as he tries to squeeze out more money from his LTD aka early adopters who helped him build his business Now he is quite happy to shove them aside as he reaches for the star Which is what he is getting here 1 star The lone star For Patrick It saddens me to think that only 5-6 months ago Patrick comes across as a reasonable businessman who wants to help others succeed with Uptics Now he is chasing after money and it reeks of desperation If you need a tool that works use Uptics If you want a tool that works and support an ethical business avoid Uptics at all costs
