The plants were good shame about the Courier

The plants arrived in very good condition Mostly nice big healthy plants Not sure about three of them but it may be early in their growth yet Nice people to deal with - rang me up on BH to say that one variety of plant wasn t available and asked me what I wanted to do This impressed me Plants were well boxed and protected And on every box on the top in big letters were my delivery instructions asking for delivery to my kitchen door as I m disabled Sadly though I won t be using them again due to the courier company they used- BURGOYNE S PALLET TRACK Ltd of Lyonshall Herefordshire Subcontracted by APC Luckily I sit by my front window so saw delivery driver arrive He went to put boxes by front door so I gestured to walk round to the back He made a big deal of reading what was written sighed and walked round He did indeed leave two parcels by the back door as I asked so I happily went to sit back down When he d gone I went back I was so angry All the other parcels were at the end of the bungalow not near to my door and completely blocking the path and this meant that I d have to drag them away myself How mean and nasty Pure nastiness and laziness He saw it said I was disabled but couldn t be arsed I immediately wrote to the company and got a really stupid reply saying that he did that purely for H S reasons so as not to block my door exit As luck would have it I used to be an H S Trainer so was able to dispute the frankly incredulous reasons given to me I did however agree that I shouldn t have called him a nasty git And that yes earlier in the day I had asked if they could deliver it earlier and he was 30 minutes earlier than scheduled But to see that someone is disabled and deliberately do this was appalling and if he was worried about blocking me in he could have put the parcels the other side of the door next to the garden Luckily my garden helper was able to get to me and deal with them all But as I can t rely on that every time I ll not use a company that uses these courier people
