Great bike high quality

The Urban arrow is both of my kids favorite way to get around They love it so much The bike is sturdy and easy to ride It was such a good purchase

The bike is great and very well designed We love it Urban Arrow was pleasant to deal with for their rain cover deal and we think it s a great company with great high quality products

I love my Urban Arrow Love it The only tiny things that irritate a little are - it s sometimes hard to connect the kiox display into the bed properly and I need to stand and wiggle it until it connects - it s my 5 th day of urban arrow and I can t figure out how to lock the battery I only understand how to unlock it I ve read the manual several times still don t get it It s probably simple but the manual doesn t explain in simple enough steps for me or is it something wrong with the lock It clicks in but Doesn t lock each time Locks randomly - is walk assist available only on cargo plus versions I am 53 kg and it s hard if have to walk up the hill etc - I have a 3 yo and a 1 3 yo and they nap during the day They are grumpy if they don t sleep They fall asleep but they are all crunched up with their heads hanging down and they can t get a good refreshing comfortable nap in the bike Other than these small details I m having an amazing life changing experience with the bike All that said it is the best cargo bike for kids and animals It is so smooth stable and reliable It is good And fits a bunch of stuff It is so comfortable And it feels very very safe on the roads And it doesn t exhaust the mom It is a huge help P S after a week or two All my issues are invalid now except for wish for a reclining child seat option - I figured out how to install the display - I figured out how to lock the battery But while I was learning a tiny bit of plastic fell off So AFTER the first initial battery click and when the battery is already in you need to grab the battery base really push the battery in and make sure there is a second final click after which the battery is locked So I wish it was in the manual in a more detailed way - I found the walk assist and it is great Now I am just enjoying this luxurious vehicle We are cycling slowly in the city and I feel like a king or queen The cargo basket inside gives a feeling of a car safety wise The rain cover and sun cover are great I love my Urban Arrow and I feel it s a family member now

The best Family Cargo Bike

We bought the urban Arrow family used found it on Facebook marketplace from another citizen not a business It was in really good condition Obviously it handles differently from the typical road or mountain bike It took me about 30 minutes of riding to get comfortable enough to take my daughter in it I think that was pretty quick The handling is super smooth and it is extremely stable We ve owned the bike since Oct 2023 and I m writing this in August 2024 so about 9-10 months My daughter loves riding in it I love riding it I like riding it more than my road bike The motor is very powerful When we bought it we lived on top of a very long and steep hill but the pedal assist made it easy to go uphill even when carrying a load We especially loved the rain cover in the winter and spring We get a lot of rain and snow and the rain cover kept our daughter protected from the wind and water My wife also enjoys riding the bike and will often choose to take the bike and my daughter somewhere instead of drive our car We often ride the urban Arrow with our daughter as well as one of our road bikes to local recreational activities instead of drive our car This has truly been a car replacement bicycle and is far far cheaper than a car in every way

Why haven t we tried the urban arrow cargo bike before

It s one of the best Family Cargo Bike with which you can cary the kids super safe and also replace the car entirely I have the Cargoline motor and I use it daily since almost 4 years and is a pleasure everytime

Urban Arrow Family

We were used to go everywhere by car However when our car got damaged and had to stay for a longer period at the garage for repair we were forced to look at alternative means of transportation for our family with two young kids In our neighbourhood there are many young families with urban arrow cargo bikes therefore we decided to do a test ride at our local bike shop We immediately fell in love with the urban arrow family performance plus cargo bike and thought Why haven t we tried this before The new sage green color of our bike really stands out For us the urban arrow family performance plus cargo bike has been a game-changer Now most of the time we leave the car on purpose at home to take the bike with our kids Whether it is for bringing them to school sports doing groceries or a fun ride now the urban arrow bike is our preferred choice The bike feels stable and safe The seats are comfortable and the battery lasts long We can go multiple days without needing to charge the battery It s a big purchase but totally worth it if you consider the savings on gas and the ease of getting around Our kids love it and enjoy the fun rides for us that matters the most

Best cargo bike out there

Urban Arrow Family - one of our best purchaces of the last years It literaly enabled us to have bicycle family trips Our car does not drive short distances any more Dropping the kid to Kindergarten takes minutes now which allows to sleep for a little longer and to start working day earlier The bike with Gates belt is so smooth And there is no hill in our city that would be a problem Doing shopping in a supermarket No problem no car needed I just love it Some cons Our bike seat is a little creaky squeaky not a biggy but sometimes a bit annoying Maybe it s a seat manufacturing issue I will have to report it during the first periodical maintenance check And I think my dealer not necessarily tightened all the screws properly with Loctite when assembling the bike so maybe some assembly checklists for dealers would help others in the future But nothing serious so far The bike is 3 months old
