Good selection of barware that is not readily available at other websites However shipping was expensive and tracking info was not available Order time to shipping was prompt and arrived in reasonable time frame

Covid problems

Covid problems Two tries and delivered to wrong address Communication quite difficult but that s partly because no one was in the office because of Covid I feel like they shouldn t have been shipping if they couldn t manage but this is a weird situationEdit would also like to state that FedEx Made this much more difficult than it should have been Honestly I have much better luck with UPS in the states

No shipping email sent Poor quality Strainer

No shipping email sent I inquired on the order status after 9 days and was informed via email that the item was shipped fedex and would be arriving the next day One of the products that arrived Copper Calabrese Strainer broke on its first hour of use behind our bar I would not purchase the Calabrese Strainers again Glassware is excellent

80 of missing products I had to catch the error

I bought two mixing glasses and two jiggers over Black Friday weekend The jiggers arrived and Urban Bar marked my order as fulfilled Both mixing glasses 80 did not arrive I emailed twice and six days after I reached out they simply refunded the mixing glasses I get when there are issues with inventory and order volume but the fact that I had to catch the error they took very long to reply and then they can t get me the product to make it right makes it hard for me to trust these guys

Incomplete shipment no automatic refund

There was an item that i was charged for missing from my order When I inquired I was told that the item was out of stock and they would need to refund the purchase I am wondering why that didn t happen at the time of packing and if it would have happened at all if I had not noticed the item missing The discrepancy should have been noticed on the business end and a refund offered prior to the shipping the package otherwise it is unclear if this is a mistake or poor business practice

One Martini glass died in shipment

One Martini glass died in shipment Ordered Qty 6 1910 Martini Glass 7ozQty 6 1910 Stemmed Beer Glass 15 5oz I now have 35 and a half 1910 style glasses of six shapes in my home bar Love the design They make the drinks from my bar look great The only reason for loss of star was the broken martini glass
