If i could give no stars I would Needed to return an item to this company1 They supplied an incorrect address and the parcel was returned to me parcel cost me over 13 2 another address was supplied by this company I sent to this address paying an additional 13 3 Just received a message fromnpostal service Unable to deliver incorrect address So far this company owes me over 100 for the item And postage paid AVOID 100

Unprofessional and cheap quality

I ordered 3 pair of shoes 1 of them never arrived I sent 5 emails in the first 2 they were telling me to keep wait after 3 months and after that they stopped answering Never got a refund Typical unprofessional amateurs and quality of shoes very average considering the price they sell only design Wouldn t suggest it

One of the worst shoes I have ever purchased in my life This is just a overcost product I suggest everyone don t go with this brand I purchased urban loafers from rajouri garden Delhi few months ago and just wearing of 3 to 4 times the pasting of the sole are open from one side and also the color of product becomes fade now they look likes so much old so overall experience is too worst with urban

Extremely unsatisifed barely any responses Waited 8 weeks for some shoes to come they never did They told me that if by the end of the 9th week the shoes don t come I will be refunded Messaged them at the end of the 9th week received an answer very late after several messages Then they told me what I would be contacted by someone Overall very bad experience do not recommend
