NEVER BUY FROM BLIZZARD

I cannot access my battle net account because my old phone which had the authenticator broke I contacted support 8 TIMES Guess what they did Nothing nothing at all I have been a customer for 2 ish years Spent like 100 on some cod games Worst decision EVER When you contact support you talk to LITERAL MONKEYS EVERYONE THERE HAS LIKE 5 IQ I m so pissed rn I spend like 2 hours in total talking and messaging them and then I keep talking to literal braindead people NEVER USE BATTLE NET

I don t have an authenticator attached to my account anymore I was told by the app that everything has been moved to the Battle net app yet it keeps asking for the authenticator code that I don t have access to So pretty much I am locked out of my Blizzard games until something can be done about it with all the money Activation Blizzard puts into customer service I am sure that it wont be long

Absolutely horrendous App Download speeds are terrible update speeds are even worse Their server cap on users nothing to do with your own connection check the endless bad reviews if you don t believe me User interface is okay Customer service is terrible they could not care less about the consumer once they ve got their money from the titles they re advertising If there is an option to bypass battlenet take it spare yourself

What a joke I m absolutely shocked this is run by Blizzard Entertainment I m attempting to play Overwatch 2 and after queuing I eventually reach a screen asking me to confirm via sms It won t let me log in to my existing account if I follow their steps it says my number already exists It s literally impossible for me to carry out their instructions Thankfully I didn t pay any money What total trash

This site is garbage I changed my phone and now my account is locked forever because these morons refuse to believe that my email isn t hijacked They can only send verification to phones for some reason because they are dimwitted I ve had my account for over 10 years and spent more than 1000 dollars on their services and their thank is to lock my account because i can t verify my login with a 4 year old phone that doesn t exist anymore
