There was an issue with the UPS delivery and unfortunately my package was sent back before any attempted delivery but as soon as I reported it to the NakedWines team they immediately took action and I got my wine a couple of days after I m really happy with the customer service

Great ordering experience the only issue was the delivery driver who wouldn t wait for more than 1 minute so I had to chase him down the road

Ordering is always a breeze with excellent descriptions of each wine making choices much easier Always enjoy the selections that are available The rapid response to orders and delivery are another reason for continuing with my membership Only suggestion would like to see the addition of some prosecos to the mix of sparkling wines

Naked wines is not a scam in case you weren t clear on that They outline very clearly on their website the 40 charge and it sits in your account for your next order some great wines and some I didn t like but they ll refund you if you really don t like something Overall love nakedwines It s the service you didn t know you needed
