We recently ordered our first Northtrampoline and like all orders during Covid getting the trampoline delivered was very challenging The service at Northtrampoline was amazing They were responsive and emphatic and followed up daily They were in constant contact with the shipping company and kept us posted on the progress of getting the trampoline delivered to us

Great product
One month in and we are very happy with the trampoline Shipping was quick and although we had one little issue with one of the boxes not arriving with the others North customer service got it sorted out and the missing box was delivered a few days later Setup was really easy and the trampoline is very high quality safe and durable Our family is loving it

Very pleased customer
I m loving my trampoline As a former college diver I have spent lots of time training on trampolines and wanted one for our yard that was safe for my kids but performance-oriented enough for me to play on aggressively My North Trampoline is high quality from the frame to the netting to the bed and springs The zip-in netting design makes it impossible for anyone to put a foot through the springs or fall off accidentally The dimensions are nice and big and the bed is holding up well through Wyoming s cold and snowy winter I shovel the snow off during larger storms but it feels great still Some customer support questions I asked early on were promptly answered and I ve been very pleased Looking forward to many more years of use
