I had a change in business requirement that called for a Ceph cluster instead of standalone NASes wasn t in a position to create two different clusters in NA and EU My advisor Kelsey Segerson really went out of her way to help me in setting up all the nodes in EU where the majority of my services were and cancelling the contract locked-in service in the US As an OVH customer of almost a decade this is the best experience I ve had with OVH so far It s a giant company but I m so glad you ve upped the focus on SMB customers and their needs Due to a goof up on my part I ordered the new servers from OVH EU but if you re looking at OVH I d highly recommend going with OVH US they have the EU locations now

Had an amazing experience with them No downtime on my dedicated server was caused by OVHCloud Support was nice and was sometimes very quick to respond to my tickets depending on the matter Prices are also really cheap

OVH has proven to be a reliable hosting partner for our incorporation and every project We are very satisfied with the continuous support we got from Adel and Jeremy Everything went smoothly and the server was delivered within 10 minutes Hardware-wise there are no complaints and it exceeded our expectations

Good service and support

I had some problems with my server and when I contacted support they upgraded the server very quickly Bob who helped me was very polite and responded quickly It is not the first time when I work with OVH and I had no problems with this hosting provider

OVH Long Time User

I ve been using OVH for going on 3 years or 3 years and I have had nothing but great experiences I don t ever recall any downtime in my business with OVH Very affordable prices Hardware is very consistent I ve had their 2288g machines multiple Ryzen 3000 series machines and a handful of Ryzen 5000 series and have never had issues with them Recently swapped out my Ryzen 5000 series machines for some of their new 2386g machines and the experience I had with doing so was great I got to talk to real people and get the deal I wanted OVH is my go to for a server provider

Underrated

Have always heard from associates that OVH support sales was awful so never bothered or needed to contact them no issues but have been a customer for years Recently was considering ordering another server and left it on checkout while trying to decide Kelsey reached out to me to answer any questions and assist with trying to find a solution for my workload Very helpful and responsive I regret taking my associates word and not contacting them sooner
