SHIPPING ISSUES WITH QUICK FIX AND POSSITIVE RESULTS

ALTHOUGH WE HAD SOME SHIPPING ISSUES HUDSON REED TOOK CARE OF THE SITUATION AND MADE IT RIGHT MY EMAILS AND CORRESPONDENCE WERE ANSWERED FAST AND WITH CONCERN

The customer service was great I had lots of questions and they were all answered The brass coated radiators are beautiful and I look forward to their winter performance FedEx International was not such a good experience They are not suited for multidwelling apartment building deliveries in big cities They told me they would go no further than outside the front door on the sidewalk If that is their policy It should be explained before a delivery attempt I work nights and get miffed when services I use assume that I am available for daytime delivery because I am home Nighttime employed need to sleep a some point I wasn t about to use a number of my precious vacation time chasing FedEx around Things began to work after I told them delivery on Mondays only and let me know which one so I can arrange help to get the radiators off the street

Painless Part Return

I had to return a part that I could not use I was connected with a DELIGHTFUL young lady by the name of Shawna I hope I spelled it correctly who in short time helped me with everything I needed to do SHe was efficient and professional TWO THUMBS UP

Had issues with shipped product twice Issues were due to shipping company NOT Hudson Reed Both cases Hudson Reed shipped a new one without question Excellent customer service

Great selection and customer service but

a little bit slow on the shipping since the items come from GB My order was in Memphis for a few days at customs clearance but arrived in 10 days Also I arranged a return due to the wrong size I chose and the return label was processed in 12 hours free of charge
