Chris in San Antonio is Awesome

We just want to take a minute to recognize Chris a supervisor from San Antonio TX for his excellent customer service My husband and I are not USAA clients but we were rear ended by a USAA client We had been getting the run around from numerous claims adjusters for well over a month In our frustration we asked to speak to a supervisor We were lucky enough to get Chris He worked with us and took the time to explain their process while everyone else was blowing us off We really appreciate the assistance he provided

Ashley at USAA went above and beyond to help me out of a really tough situation My car broke down in the middle of nowhere and I was alone with my large dog I was hours away from anyone that I know or could rely on to help The Tow services were asking that I find a ride for me and my dog That wasn t an option Ashley searched and searched until she found a company that would transport all of us me dog car together As a female stuck in the middle of nowhere with no one to call Ashley was my lifeline champion and savior Thank you for your above and beyond care

I was in an auto accident and they have been awesome Allstate which is the at fault party insurance has been nothing but a headache Usaa has been there everytime I have needed and has been pushing allstate to do their part I have checking home and auto for the last 16 plus years and have never had an issue through them and going through this accident has made me appreciate them that much more

ALWAYS the best for us

I was so disappointed by all of the negative reviews We have been with USAA since 1982 and have ALWAYS had exceptional service The only issue we have had is with the new way of reporting damage to a vehicle after a minor accident By submitting photos the full extent of the damage is not always detected and it isn t until we get the vehicle in the shop that it becomes apparent there s more to be repaired The extra damage is normally covered by USAA it s just a matter of more time for repairs to be completed

I would like to thank my loan officer Melissa Norwich and my loan specialist Renee Sears They both went above and beyond getting me into my new home They shared every set back with me and also my happiness when I found my home The work honesty and compassion they have for their members is amazing I cant begin to thank them enough

Wonderful customer service with Ms ADA

I called usaa inquiring about a charge on my account and I was transferred to the loan department and got to spoke with Ms ADA Oh what a delight she was very kind patient attentive and she went above and beyond of what her job was She made sure my problem was solved and insured me that they issue was fix If honestly I could ask for someone by name when dealing with future problems I would have definitely ask for her by name She was just amazing and beyond I have soo much gratitude

I have been a member of USAA since 1990 I retired from the Army and needed home owners insurance my first choice was USAA they walked us through the different services was available at the time now we have a bundle with this outstanding company Auto Home credit card This is a company that is dedicated to serving the entire military community those that are serving now and those that served Thank you for your understanding service to this great nation The customer service is outstanding they always identify you with your rank and always thank you for your service I love this company and if I could I would tell all of my family members and friends however they first must have served in the military So thank you for your outstanding service to serve the military community SFC James Walker U S Army Retired
