Brilliant Bespoke Service

Tristan was very helpful in getting us our bespoke USB s They are very unique in colour and design and nothing was a problem The price and lead times were reasonable and we will definitely use them again

I was very happy with the USBs we recieved The service wsa excellent very quick response times and very understanding when I changed the order about 4 times The fnished product was great we got a coloured logo on one side and a black one on the other both printed really well and it was very easy to share the file with them

After letting them know about my issues they couldn t have resolved the problem any quicker old USB s picked up thursday and redelivered on the Saturday Second time ordering from this company and the first time the service was great that s why I used them this time as well however very different level of service I mean the y did a knock up and render of the final product very quickly and it was great and looks good on the USB can t complain about that What I can complain about I asked about pre loading data and sent over a pdf file and a zipped drive containing audio tracks as my email wouldn t let me send the tracks unzipped it was two big and I was given no option other than using my email What do I found when checking the USB s they have only uploaded the PDF file and none of the tracks couldn t even be bothered to tell me there was an issue So now I m left with uploading 50 USB s with audio tracks Also asked for them to put in a plain white gift box they came just in a plastic sleeve I appreciate they don t charge for these things if they are under a certain limit but no communication does make me wonder about using them again
