The Shopify for small VOD businesses great features stellar support

The Customer Support is some of the best or maybe even THE best I ve ever come across such an amazing team everyone was incredibly friendly helpful and responsive My team and I had to set up a film festival which is not something that straightforward to do in Uscreen as it s software built for VOD businesses not events so we ended up having to send a barrage of questions to the Support Team day and night for weeks The help we were given exceeded our expectations and made all the difference I m so grateful to everyone that helped us out especially to Diego Adrian and Karina who responded to so many of our queries Uscreen isn t just an impersonal service provider it s the best partner a small business owner could find in their journey setting up their first VOD platform

Great customer support They are always very pro active and fast at coming back to me when i have questions I feel like they care about their customers and try to adapt and develop their offer to the evolving needs of the market

Exactly what I d been hunting for

I think this software may not be all things to all people but it s an incredibly helpful simple productive tool for someone selling video content Has a great feature that schedules releases and expires releases For me that was the one thing no one else had Excellent I d say though that the best feature are the customer support folks I ve had a few conversations with them Kylie in particular and was very very happy with how happy they were to help me and how well they answered all of my questions and got me set up Good stuff I recommend

A Customer-Responsive Company

First of all they have very easy to use platform And it s very neat However I initially encountered a problem Upon signing up I made it clear to their content review team that my library includes R18 films - LGBT and mature themes but non-pornographic And they told me to go ahead with it After three months they tagged me as a violator of community guidelines My site was unpublished and revenue was withheld It was a very difficult time for my team It seemed to be a dead end Until the Company COO reached out to discuss the merits of my case My site was again re-published A great company is made up of great people People who respond and try to understand the needs of their customers Uscreen is one of those great companies who have truly earned my respect

The Uscreen platform and their customer service team is off the charts Crissa just helped us migrate our Wordpress site to Uscreen and she was instrumental in ensuring we had a flawless transition with little downtime for our customers Highly recommend working with them and leveraging their platform

The Answer to What I Was Looking For

After researching into SO many different platforms and having trialed with a few I could not be happier to have found Uscreen I love everything about them - from their friendly and prompt customer service to their platform It feels as though their platform is designed from the point of view of the client rather than trying to scheme with hidden costs and restrictions This is a transparent company and they offer more than what I could have hoped for - from marketing tools customer analyzation control over invoices pricing structure website design and more I could not be happier to be working with Uscreen
