Disappointing experience - don t buy

I had a subscription it renewed every month but every time my account was suspended It showed that I paid but everytime my account was disabled and I would have to write to customer service and they would reactivate it losing a couple of days

I bought 500GB Volume but after 2GB there was the message daily volume exceed and this limitation was not mentioned before Also the usenet-Browser is hard to handle and not self-explaining There is a money-back-guaranty but my mail to get a money refund was not answered
