Beware of Userbrain s Deceptive Practices - A Disappointed Tester s Experience

As someone who has been involved in the user testing industry for some time I am always excited to try out new platforms that offer opportunities to make money by providing valuable feedback to companies Userbrain seemed like a promising platform with an easy-to-use interface and a steady stream of available tests However I quickly became disillusioned by their deceptive practices regarding identity and address proof which seemed designed to cheat testers out of their hard-earned money In order to withdraw earnings from Userbrain testers are required to provide proof of identity and address While I understand that this is a common practice to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and fraud prevention regulations Userbrain takes advantage of this process to deny testers their rightfully earned money After completing several tests and accumulating a decent sum I submitted my identity and address proof fully expecting to have my account verified and my money released To my surprise my documents were rejected with a vague explanation that they were not sufficient Despite multiple attempts and providing various forms of documentation Userbrain continued to reject my proof and withheld my earnings Moreover their customer support was unhelpful and unresponsive leaving me feeling frustrated and ignored It seemed as though Userbrain was using these verification requirements as an excuse to steal testers money rather than to ensure the platform s legitimacy It is disheartening to see such deceptive practices in an industry that aims to help businesses improve their user experience I advise fellow testers to be cautious when considering Userbrain as a platform for user testing There are many other platforms available that treat their testers with respect and provide fair compensation without resorting to such dishonest tactics In conclusion my experience with Userbrain has been incredibly disappointing I hope that this review can serve as a warning for others to be wary of the platform and to carefully evaluate their options before investing their time and effort into Userbrain Update to comply with the European Union tax regulations and the European Money Laundering Act Hahah in this case you have to hire me and pay for the social security and pension if you wanted to comply

Just doesn t work

I have genuinely been on this platform for at least a year and seen no tests given to me An astonishing 0 earned despite me being approved to work with you guys It s baffling What was the point in me wasting my time jumping over all your hurdles

One of my favourite platforms I have been almost a year with UserBrain and I get regular tests Also whenever I need the support they are very responsive
