The fireplace is amazing It came well packaged and there was no damage Instructions are easy to follow There was some delay on shipment because of the supply chain but the team worked hard to solve that They were very responsive to my questions

Customer service was outstanding in checking that the specific model I ordered was in stock Ordering process was easy I ordered three items and two shipped immediately Unfortunately the one item I really needed shipped a week after my order as opposed to what was promised on the website Additionally although the instructions for the rough in are provided on the website the installation manual is not and it would have been very useful to have before the fireplace arrived

Fireplace came a day before the dates allotted which was about 3 weeks from purchase date It s the most beautiful flames we ve seen We looked high and low and settled on this one It s not the priceiest but not the cheapest We really enjoy being able to turn down the flame intensity and brightness We love it
