I had a rather bizarre issue but
I had a rather bizarre issue but each customer service rep I chatted with went above and beyond to help me solve my issue It was like it was their personal mission to make my day and they did I want to give a shout out to Abdul Harim for sticking with me at the beginning and a super big shout out to Haroon Ali for seeing me through to the end Your CSRs should be teaching everyone one else what customer service looks like I am a fairly new US Mobile cusomer but I will sing your praises to everyone I know

Restoration of service
Yesterday I noticed that I had lost cell service on my phone first problem after a few trouble-free years I followed Apple s instructions for SOS only service without success Within a few minutes Abeera had helped me reinstall my eSIM and service was restored

Customer service was very patient Helped me work through the problem I was getting on trying to port over They also helped me transfer my line from eSim to Physical Sim as well Muhammad Arshad was most helpful and kind

great prices and even better support
Aside from their exceptionally reasonably priced plans their tech support is beyond anything I have encountered I have been with the for six months an have had three interactions One was run of the mill and solved almost immediately Two concerned my phone and what was available on their networks WI-FI dialing The first turned out to be my phone did not have the capability They did however spent 2 days trying to tweak the sim The second was the same issue different phone After an extended effort they suggested using their other network They helped me transfer my number and it worked I can only describe their support as patient and tenacious

US Mobile Ayesha Rehman are awesome
I needed to activate a new individual line and messed the whole thing up in the middle of the night I messaged support and Ayesha Rehman saved the day night She helped me activate my new line on e-sim undo my mistake help me select the right plan adjusted my billing dates fixed my number and so much more over the course of an hour almost - and with an awesome attitude I have always appreciated US Mobile customer service and tech support in the past and this experience was definitely above and beyond 5 stars for sure Thank you

I truly love this company
Since switching to US Mobile in November 2022 I have had to contact customer service via chat probably 8-10 times mostly for minor issues or tweaks to my service I can honestly say that in all that time their reps without exception have been efficient in dealing with my issues promptly and successfully and have always been very pleasant to deal with Each time I contact them I leave being even more enthusiastic and pleased with this company I recommend them to everyone I know

Iqra was crazy helpful
Iqra was crazy helpful They were concise and straight to the point in their directions for how to help me switch networks Getting customer service at 2am let alone GOOD customer service is hard to get You can certainly find it at USMobile it seems
