Wayne is the best employee

I live very close to Felix Varela post office on 8 street in Miami For many years I would drive miles to another post office due to a soecific lady which worked there she was rude and condescending However now they have Wayne working there he is absolutely the best so helpful and friendly Thank u Wayne

USPS Rain sleet or snow Getting it done

I shipped 4 separate 10x10x10 boxes One box had to go to Georgia from California The other 3 boxes were shipped within California I shipped on Friday and the 3 California boxes were received on Saturday The Georgia box was received today Monday The contents were not damaged Thank you USPS For all of the negativity out there I have not had a bad experience as of this date You are appreciated I have had 2 sisters 2 nieces my step dad and my step daughter work for the USPS From delivery sorting driving and expediting THANK YOU Stay safe out there

Tony Saducci saves the day

I had a packaged delivered to the wrong mailbox so being that I run a comic book shop mistakes like that can slide when its already paid for So I went to the post office down the street here in Princeton FL and explained what happened and they called the mailman who delivered the books and he said that he went back and checked to see but all the mailboxes were empty which we found out was not true After opening all the boxes the manager Mr Tony Saducci physically came and found my books in another mailbox that were suppose to be empty All I can say is that Im happy and my customers now has his order under control

Such a Great Job

When my grandson moved across the state I wasn t sure which service to use when I send him a package I used the post office and what great service I have had The packages I have sent have all gotten there a day or two ahead of what was estimated I am very satisfied with the USPS Great job

The best

Yesterday a Friday I needed to send a small package from Harlingen in Texas to arrive today Saturday in Tucson I initially went to Fedex but they would not guarantee delivery in time I next went to UPS but they wanted 95 So I took the package to the U S Post Office For 27 10 they guaranteed delivery by 6 00 pm today In fact the parcel arrived by 12 30 pm and was personally handed to the recipient a courtesy Fedex or UPS never seem to follow these days

An Actual Compliment

Knowing there are many complaints towards USPS I felt the need to write and say GREAT JOB I was expecting deliveries tomorrow and Monday but was just informed they will both arrive today THANK YOU for the extra effort to get them delivered earlier Side Note it s quite difficult to find and avenue to write a compliment to USPS Most links bring you to complaints issues and delays There are no links for compliments and maybe that s a bigger issue within itself

They really shaped up in recent months and deliver excellent and reliable service I dread when Amazon sends something by UPS because it somehow never arrives on time at the right address or at all and rejoice when it is by USPS It arrives like clockworks and the emails and website are very helpful
