I have transferred my existing ISAs to this bank They made the transfers very easy with clear instructions I had to ring to check some details on two occasions and too my suprise no waiting time on phones a big plus in this day and digital age Online banking is also very easy to use but feels very secure

I am a first time saver with United Trust Bank I found them near the top of two comparison sites and the interest rate was very competitive Opening the account online was straightforward and the follow up documents which arrived in the post promptly were clear and easy to understand I had no need to phone customer service so cannot comment on this

Spoke to United trust on the phone about transferring my Isa as I did not want to do everything online I completed a short form online They contacted my previous provider They sent me a letter to tell me this with my new account number I am now awaiting on my previous provider to transfer the money on maturity The person on the phone from United Trust Bank was friendly knowledgeable and reassuring
