I purchased items from UTN in July 2024 They prepped and shipped directly to Amazon Within a few days of selling the products I got counterfeit complaints tons of returns This ended up costing me thousands of dollars and headache after headache with Amazon I am STILL 2 2025 8 months later fighting with Amazon over the counterfeit product still in their warehouses UTN was NO HELP and offered NOTHING The customer service was TERRIBLE They said they don t have supply chain documents letters from brands nothing it s a nightmare Thankfully one of the purchases was with a credit card and I won a chargeback claim after months of disputing STAY AWAY FROM UTN THEY ARE DISHONEST SELL COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS
