Phenomenal Vacation with an AMAZING tour guide

My Mom and I just returned from a 10 day UTO tour of Egypt The unfathomable past of this amazing country was mind blowing but it was our tour guides Hamad and Joe that made the trip SO memorable Hamad brilliantly explained the history while anticipating every detail of each of the members in his group He improvised adapted and over-came every challenged while multi-tasking all of the personalities included with grace intelligence and kindness The cruise was perfect but I would highly recommend flying rather than taking the overnight train to get to it Do NOT miss the hot air balloon over the Valley of the Kings- the views are breathtaking Truly a PHENOMENAL trip that I will remember forever

Our trip to Peru in February 2023 was cancelled due to political unrest around Machu Pichu This was our 3rd trip with UTO Edmon from UTO personally called me and explained the situation and offered a refund or travel credit We chose a refund Our flights were already booked and could not be refunded but we were able to get a voucher from JetBlue Edmon said we would have to wait for our refund till they got their money back from vendors in Peru and then 4-6 weeks to process it In the meantime we saw another trip we wanted to book I contacted Edmon and he switched us from refund to travel credit and booked us Edmon was always professional and courteous and always an email away when I had a question or concern I appreciated all the time he spent to make a bad situation good

Our tuor to Japan with them was satisified and stress free Activities in our itinerary was well-planned and the tour guides were very helpful explaining the beautiful city Tokyo to us With the price they are offering I say it is 100 worth it

After a mixup with our itinerary that almost caused our vacation to be canceled UTO stepped in and saved the day In less than 12 hours they were able to find a solution and get our trip booked and set After 2 years of waiting due to Covid-19 they made our trip to Thailand a reality

Friendly Staff - Great Deals

Originally booked a trip to China Jan of 2020 for obvious reasons that did not happen but UTO was very communicative in getting me rescheduled David Ivy Cathy etc I ve spoken to multiple different staff and all were pleasant and helpful Even as a frequent traveler for more complex countries where I do not know the language and have lots of restrictions like China it is nice to have a travel company handle the details and transportation We will be going to Greece with them soon and China

I was having a difficult time with a trip that I bought in full for three people for Enchanting Japan and China on September 29 2022 My sister s bucket list vacation to Japan China was in jeopardy Visa requirements and Covid lockdown left our plans up in the air China s loosening of restrictions still didn t give us hope for a safe trip in the near future Chris from UTO reached out to me on the phone to provide multiple options that helped us out immensely Thank you very much for taking the time to help us out China may not be possible at this time but We plan to use UTO for another trip on my sister s bucket list
