I wish I would have read these reviews before I had ordered I ordered what i needed It wouldn t fit my machine Then they tried to make it may fault They said that the web site did not represent what I ordered But I have proof that it did Very Bad Don t buy from these guys We need less of them around

Worst company to buy parts from
Worst company to buy parts from If you get the wrong part then they make you pay 79 to ship back plus they take 15 to 20 restocking fee back So you ll be out alot of money Dont buy from them ever And the people take days to respond to any concerns or questions you may have

UTV source is a scam company
My husband and I ordered a tire from youtvsource com April 13 2021 The tire was supposed to be shipped in 2 to 3 days two weeks later it s still sitting in processing mode We have tried for several days to contact them via phone email and chat and cannot for the life of us get a response No one answers their phones or emails I feel like this is a huge scam All I want is to know the status of our order and why it is still processing after all this time It s extremely frustrating to realize that they took our money yet we can t even talk to someone on the phone to give us answers This place is a ripoff and a scam in my opinion

BUYER BEWARE Don t buy from this place There are far more credible places to get utv parts from Website does not give enough info on what s included so you have to keep buying more and paying for extra shipping when you shouldn t have to Then if you want to return something they will charge you a 30 restocking fee

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received They shipped the wrong product I returned it to there warehouse that the gave me return shipping info for That was a month ago Their customer service rep Chel has done absolutely NOTHING to help me These guys have literally STOLEN over 1500 00 from me and they keep ignoring me

Horrible Business
Sent out wrong rollers and have not heard back in near a week Talked to customer service along with several emails will not respond back Purchase directly or choose another of many online parts seller Shipping prices are outrageous and takes forever to get the product with no update on shipping Ebay or Amazon is your to go place for parts and usually free returns with shipping I try to help out a business and this is what happens

Completely misrepresented online stock as they don t list if item is in stock or backordered After paying they tell you backordered and then use words like about on expected eta Lots of BBB complaints also for this exact issue I have asked for a full refund and communication has stopped now with these scammers Avoid

Socially irresponsible company that sells high ticket items from ghost stock
I purchased an electric dirt bike for my son on November 25 2023 - intended to be a Christmas present About a week later I receive an email that the merchandise was out of stock Initially they advised that they would be back in supply by or on January 16 2024 After hunting this outfit s customer service department via chat email and phone I am now being told that they are still out of stock and that they do not have any idea when they will be able to fill the order for merchandise that they apparently never had The customer service representative added to try back in February Christmas has come and gone my son s birthday in February will have passed by the time they even have any substantial information At this juncture I am pursuing a claim for a full refund of the purchase price shipping insurance and additional warranty
