I ordered 2 murals cosmic blue gold mable and black marble The blue was stuck at UPS waiting for paper work then when it arived i had to pay inport duties from Poland for the blue witch they refunded quickly I got both rolls eventually and hired a professional decorator to hang it up told him what I wanted and off to work I go When I got home I was excited as i wanted a WOW factor as you entered the front room i was horrified the black marble is 4k or atlest HD and the blue was like looking at an old 8 bit computer game I ordered the exact same quality and print in vinyl The black is great and as should be but the blue is not vinyl and also the colour comes off if you touch it with sweaty damp hands so you can see the white paper behind The room I wanted people to be amazed by i am ashamed by and if it wasn t for the TV being in there I would not sit in that room I m heart broken ro say the least cost a lot of money 190 for the blue 80 for the black 200 for a professional decorator to hang it It will cost the same to do it again with the added expense of getting it taken off replacing the insulation liner plus their not replying to my chat on their site and no responses from emails In a few days im 65 just about to retire and spending my savings on getting my living space comfortable and enjoyable for the rest of my life so I can just relax and in joy the rest of it Now this has put me back alot causing me stress and i feel robbed Also as others have mentioned the smell of chemicals is so stronge for a few days you can actually taste it I m not sure what s has happend but I m guessing it s a genuine mistake at the print end and they printed it at the lowest standed with no vinyl It s only been 3 days so I will update if I get a responce Email from costmerservice Update I had a reply The part where the colour has come off is where wallpaper paste as you mentioned in your reply is what happend and he wiped it off after putting the top black marble above it The quality of the print ill have to deal with I m artistic and do oil painting and started to actually see things in the pattern I like like faces a lady dancing must sound ironic but I think now after keep looking at it it s going to be a shame a tv going on it at all I really starting to love it I just wish the print quality blended with the quality of the black marble so it looked like a slab of black marble on top of the blue gold marble the affect i was after And after keep thinking about what I ordered cosmic marble witch I guess is not exactly like a slab of marble and would not be cosmic if it was The vinyl is not wipable as you would wipe with a damp cloth normaly can t touch the same area twice or leave wallpaper paste on it for prolonged period the premium laminate vinyl is a bit more robust im told My advice is to check your wallpaper if its 2 different prints together to get an affect look closer at what your ordering and is the correct ordered quality before hanging it and if you can air it in a ventilated place the day before Get the best quality they have for few extra pounds it s worth it All responce from uwall personal are polite understanding and the best costmerservices I ve had with an online company anyway they could help me they have promptedly Highly recommended Take your time choosing don t rush
