As we haven t yet made a final decision on which of the engineered woods to go with this review is based on the quality of the large samples we ve seen in the retailer the smaller one supplied and the customer service All first class and a very wide range of different woods available

Wow just had some herringbone frozen umber fitted in my hallway absolutely stunning great product first class service from ordering the sample through to fitting big pat on the back to all involved I will be ordering some more

Visit to the V4 Showroom

Spent the morning with Rich the Marketing Director So helpful Rich spent a lot of time with me showing me the different products and explaining all of the different finishes Gave me a big selection of large samples to take home with me so I could show my wife Gave me lots of good advice and guidance about the performance of all the products The products are of a high quality the customer service is very good with a follow up email waiting for me when I got home Highly recommend

Impressed Great showroom product and staff

Visited the showroom 17 9 22 was met with a warm welcome and a coffee Allow dogs which was a bonus for me as I had to have my dog with me this day Brilliant showroom if your in any doubt over a sample I stongly suggest visiting V4 showroom to see samples which are on a much larger scale than anywhere I have seen before They took the time to make sure I was happy with my selection before I left nothing was to much trouble Good selection and showroom was very impressed Thanks
