Excellent service

I have been dealing with V4 for over a year with their internet service I have now upgraded the contract to include mobile and landline It has been super easy Indrani the representative has been extremely informative and helpful and I never felt any pressure to accept their terms Everything was discussed and laid out and I felt that I had been offered a genuinely great package that was beneficial enough for me to want to change over and pay off a previous provider I have been very happy with their Internet and Customer service and expect to be just as happy with the new package Thank you V4

She was really good at communicating with me and was very nice and helped me a lot

Knowledgeable and helpful

I received my new router today and thought it was a case of plugging it in and I would have Internet Unfortunately i was connected but without internet I had to phone V4 consumer support and spoke to a very helpful and understanding assistant called Smita The router had to be reconfigured so she helped me by taking me through it step by step After some time that was me connected with internet She was also very knowledgeable friendly and very patient

Had problem with making outbound calls

Had problem with making outbound calls so called V4 and spoke with Sayan Remote control of desktop given and Sayan navigated around system to establish my outbound call activity Sayan certainly knew his stuff and very professional throughout I would never have been able to do this without his help Very professional and helpful Highly recommend Sayan

Trisha made the whole experience very good by finding out whether I had any questions or whether everything was working perfectly After sales phone call don t come so often

Smita Ghosh helped me set up my router when i moved to a new property she was brilliant and patient and she walked me through the process and she explained everything so that i understood every step I would give five stars to her service very appreciated

Sayan was extremely helpful even

Sayan was extremely helpful even though it was late afternoon and he needed an awful lot of patience guiding me through the process to unlock the wrong password that was on the modem label that was sent to me I cannot praise him enough helping me through the process that I wasn t familiar with He is a credit to your company Yours sincerely Irene Hibbberd
