This Company Ignores You
I tried to contact this company twice they didn t bother to respond at all I was completely ignored so I went elsewhere Seems like this company is picky about what customers they want I d advise potential customers to look elsewhere for a company that actually wants their business

Unprofessional Service
The service that I received from the Vacuum Doctor was unprofessional rude aggressive and I WOULD NOT recommend the company I was charged 20 but my cleaner was not even looked at Some screws had been removed and when the cleaner was returned these same screws had not been replaced The screws that were in the cleaner were still in the same places I had to make several journeys to get my cleaner due to their mistakes and carelessness wrong part being put on my cleaner and missing parts They were rude and aggressive on the phone several times they said they would phone me and never did and rudely told me that I would be able to get a new cleaner anyway I have been left with a broken cleaner which has missing parts and have paid 20 for nothing When I emailed to complain and ask for a refund I have had no response Very poor service

Rubbish customer service
Although I was happy with the servicing of 2 Shark vacuum cleaners and the price I was less than impressed when we went to clean the filters In both cleaners the filter sponges and housings had not been replaced Despite numerous text messages phone calls and telephone conversations nothing has been done to rectify this over the last 2 weeks A shame really as I have a good review after the initial servicing Very disappointing very unprofessional

Helpful advice
I m not local to Vacuum Doctor and had been dealing with iRobot customer support over the phone My roomba is 5 months out of warranty I had no luck speaking to local vacuum repairers as they didn t deal with robot vacuums After putting it off for about an hour I rang Darren at Vacuum Doctor for some advice No hesitation gave clear advice and as a result I decided not to follow through with the iRobot process and have sent my vacuum to Darren His advice was non-biased and helpful Thank you

Brilliant
My iRobot Roomba and charging station were sent to Vacuumdoctor The repair needed was in the charging station which was done quickly even though it was over the Christmas period Communication is great and now it s like I have a new roomba I d definitely recommend vaccuumdoctor co uk as I would prefer not to need you in future but I m reassured that if I do need you in future I will be able to easily speak to you discuss options and get a resolution Thanks for doing what you do it s made a big difference in knowing where my roomba was going whereas if I d gone through iRobot there s no information and no communication other than send and receive Brilliant

Fantastic advice from the Vacuum Doctor
Fantastic advice provided for free by Vacuum Doctor on the phone Was told that my 4yo machine should hold a 5 year warranty from Shark who are obliged to replace anything faulty Contacted them and demonstrated the issue with the on off button via video call - also brilliant customer service Shark are sending me a 75 replacement handheld part for free I would not have considered this route without such excellent insight from the Vacuum Doctor Thank you Doc

Thank you so much for your fantastic assistance You could quite easily ripped us off but instead you provided free advice and pointed us in the right direction as to how to contact shark directly regarding our 5 year warranty Shark actually sent us a new vacuum within 24 hours Thank you vacuum doctor
