Sooner than I expected

I just received my couch and I m really impressed with both its design and quality It s perfect for my townhouse I browsed through countless sectional options and I m so glad I chose this one The delivery was in just two weeks even sooner than I expected

Selling Dirty Italian Sofa in stages

I had finished decorating my livingroom then I thought I would surprise my wife and purchase a new sofa Well that was the plan My Corner Italian High Grade Leather Sofa was delivered within the first week but the corner that makes a corner sofa was missing Delivery by stages I was told Between the first delivery and final delivery of the corner part it took a duration of over ten days By which I had family and friends come up with every joke about taking corners Now from the first delivery I had emailed the company registering several damages including to the nice high grade Italian leather But I was told to hang in there until the corner bit arrived why i have damaged goods And was that corner piece lost in the post maybe When the corner piece arrived it too was damaged and had a big stain at the bottom end Again I took to emailing the supplier They do seem to be enthusiastic for me to keep it and they have offered to send me a bottle of leather cleaner for the stain And later if need be a bottle of leather condition Oh yes they did offer to refund me 13 as an incentive and that comes with leather wash I posted this email below as a response to that offer HiWhy doesn t your supplier want to replace the sofa As I mentioned the sofa to me looks like a display model as it has signs that it has been fully assembled that show signs I have provided visual proof of this And to top it off it came with a stain over 10 square So to sum this over I get delivered a sofa that was delivered in stages the sofa is marked torn leather and is dirty That just sounds like the sofa s condition would be better bought from a charity shop and I get charged for a perfectly new sofa full price As i stated from the start why is my sofa not being replaced I paid for a new sofa and my intelligence is being insulted at a resolution of CLEAN IT YOURSELF please advise

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY AS THEY SELL DEFECTIVE TRASH JUNK SOFA S AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE AND STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY OR YOU WILL LIVE TO REGRET IT THEY SENT ME A DEFECTIVE SOFA I HAVE ONLY HAD THE ITEM FOR 6 MONTHS AND STARTED GETTING ISSUES WHERE STICHES STARTED COMING OFF AND THE SOFA STARTED CAVING IN AND SAGGING AND EVERY TIME THEY WILL FOB YOU OFF STATING IT S JUST WEAR AND TEAR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AFTER CARE IS A DISGRACE AND THE SOFA S ARE NOT CHEAP I WAITED 4 MONTHS FOR THEM TO BE DELIVERED I HAVE HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND THEY DON T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS THEY WILL REFRAIN FROM OFFERING YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT BUYER BEWARE AND AVOID AS THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH I HAVE HAD THE INCONVENIENCE OF SENDING THEM EMAILS AND PICTURES BACK AND FOURTH JUST FOR THEM TO SAY WEAR AND TEAR I WAS DISGUSTED AND APPALLED THIS ORDEAL I HAD TO GO THROUGH HAS HAD A SIGNIFICANT IMPACT ON MY HEALTH AND MENTAL HEALTH BUT THEY WILL NOT SHOW YOU ANY EMPATHY THE SOFA S ARE VERY EXPENSIVE BUT ARE NOT BUILT TO LAST CHEAP GARBAGE AND CONSTRUCTION I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO FAMILY FRIENDS OR RELATIVES SCAMMERS AND FRAUDULENT COMPANY I URGE EVERYONE SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE WHERE YOU ARE VALUED AS A CUSTOMER SAVE YOURSELF FROM GRIEF AND HASSLE WITH THESE CON ARTIST I WOULD GOVE THEM A 0 IF I COULD

Sofa Replacement

Update Yes I m afraid this issue has grown arms and legs Well more arms than legs After pointing out the many issues with the whole corner sofa 3 parts and due to the lack of professionalism instead of refunding my money they pushed the resolution of a replacement That seemed to be fair but I had to wait until the end of February until delivery But they planned to replace just one part of the sofa I ve waited this long for one piece So did they plan to convince me to keep the other two damaged pieces So please someone explain to me what the hell is going on with this company They charged me in full and delivered nothing short of trash We need a lot of hoops and a lot of jumping

Do not use I ordered in September 2024 for Xmas delivery I still don t have it There s an excuse at every turn - leather delivery late missed shipping courier company at fault To add insult to injury they do not keep you informed - I had to keep chasing them to find out what is going on

Arrived right on time

My wife and I were on the lookout for a sectional sofa that would complement our home and we stumbled upon this website The item arrived right on time was fairly priced and looks perfect in our living space

The sofa looks exactly like the pictures on the website The leather quality is surprisingly great and adds a stylish touch It s really brightening up my living room The delivery was smooth and there were no delays
